Angelina Pasciuto, died at the Winchester Hopsital following a extended illness. The wife of the late Angelo Pasciuto, she was seventy-nine years old.
Born in Gaeta, Italy she came to this country some 42 years ago setteling in Somerville, Angelina worked for over 26 years at Louis Mens Clothing of Boston in the alteration department before her retirement.
She was active in community and church as a Teele Square Somerville Sr. Citizen and as a member of the Immaculate Conception Church Ladie´s Auxiliary.
Her focus on life was her family she particularly enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her daughter Maria Balurdi and her husband Joseph, and her son Antonio Pasciuto all of Somerville. A grandson Alex Balurdi of Weymouth, her granddaughter Melissa Balurdi of Somerville and a great grandson Brandin Balurdi. Two sisters, Elisa Carbone and Rosa Capomaccio both of Gaeta, Italy; one brother Salvatore DiCiaccio of Waltham. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford on Friday, August 16, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral mass celebrated in The Immaculate Conception Church 45 Alewife Brook Parkway, Cambridge at 10.
Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.Visiting Hours at the funeral home on Thrusday from 5 thru 9.
