Hazel L. Holt, 91, of Anderson passed away, Saturday, May 6 at Community Hospital.
She had resided at Community Northview for a number of years.
She was born March 14, 1932 in Kokomo, the daughter of the late Jacob and Consey Abney. She made many friends over the years at the nursing home.
Survivors includes special friend of 40 years, Anna Workman.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Fording, in 1966, daughter, Carrie in 1963, and son David in 1985; her second husband Otto Holt died in 2001 also numerous siblings.
She loved to work puzzles, visit with staff and residents at Community Northview.
She will be laid to rest at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield, Indiana.
There will be no service per her request.
