Anthony Lentine, age 93, of Medford formerly of Winchester, passed away June 11th at the Cambridge City Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was the Beloved husband of Lucy (Moreschi) Lentine. Born in Winchester he was the son of the late Salvatore and Antonette (Signorelli) Lentine.
Mr. Lentine was a Medford resident for fifty-eight years. He was a retired construction worker and was member of the Laborers Union.
In addition to his wife, Lucy, he is survived by his daughter, Barbara Lentine of Medford, and his son, Sal Lentine and is wife Maryellen, of Hopkinton. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kelly McCarthy and her husband Michael, Michael Murphy and his wife Wendy, John Lentine and his wife Cheryl. He is further survived by his great grandchildren, Sean Murphy, Jake, Luke and Kate Lentine. Brother of Andy Lentine of Medford, Gaspaer Lentine of Billerica, Paul Lentine of Woburn, Frank Lentine of Danvers, Beatrice "Bette" Sgroi of Woburn, the late Mario Lentine and Josephine Sarapine.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Wednesday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High St. Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
