Agata (Serafin) Szpakowski, 54 of Webster passed away on Thursday April 27th 2023 in UMass Memorial Hospital University Campus peacefully with her family by her side after a long battle with illness. Her husband Andrzej Szpakowski predeceased her in 2001. She is survived by her children Christopher Szpakowski and his wife, Megan of Dudley, her daughter Elzbieta Szpakowski of Dudley, and Jessica Maravilla with whom she lived with in Webster. Two grandchildren, Andy and Amelia Szpakowski, siblings Janek, Janina, Andrzej, and Krystyna all of Poland. She was born in Dobry Las, Poland. Daughter of Stanislaw and Anna (Baldyga) Serafin. Ms. Szpakowski was educated in Poland and immigrated to the United States in 1988. She worked as a supervisor at J & G Foods for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, listening to polish music, baking, watching her Soap Operas, and spending time with friends and family. She was a hardworking and dedicated person until she became sick. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., Worcester. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 6, 2023, in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 33 Ward St. Worcester The burial will be private.
