Geraldine “Gerry” A. Bellerose (Cowgill), 81, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away on April 15, 2023 after a brief illness.
She was the loving wife of Donald A. Bellerose and recently celebrated 63 years of marriage. Gerry was born in Lowell, MA on November 28, 1941 a daughter of the late Rita M. Kiriakakos(Thibeault) and Gerald T. Cowgill.
Prior to her retirement, Gerry managed the family business. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and spending time with family. She always cared about others and their well-being.
Gerry is survived by three children, Debra A. Prescott of Dracut, Donald J. Bellerose of Lowell, and James T. Bellerose and his wife Julie of Orange Beach, AL. Two sisters, Nancy Lacourse and Mary Lou Pellerito, a brother Thomas Cowgill, a niece Michelle Anstiss and her husband Joe all of Dracut, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, and several nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson Beau James Bellerose.
At her request, there will be no services.
