Hazel Evelyn (Howell) Brown (84) of Stoughton died April 14th in the Tufts Medical Center, Boston.
She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Melvin C. Howell and Dorothy M. (Kersey) Howell. Hazel worked as a care taker at various nursing facilities and was a member of the Lincoln Congregational Church. She enjoyed cooking, watching her favorite TV shows, crossword puzzles, fishing, joking around, animals, gardening, family outings, holidays, caring for her family members and hated bugs.
Hazel is survived by 2 sisters, Jean Marrow of Connecticut and Nancy Gurley of Brockton, (sister of the late Melvin Jr., Franklin, Walter E. and Ralph Howell, June A. Dias and Anita L. Howell), many nieces, nephews, cousins and her care taker and grandniece Nachelle Howell.
Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Friday April 21st at 11 am with Rev. Floyd Patterson officiating. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
