Wife of the late John "Vinny" McDonald, and former wife of the late Wyatt J. Robare. Beloved mother of Linda Young, Barbara and her husband Robert Eaton all of Weymouth, and Janet Finnigan of Dorchester. Cherished grandmother of Heather, Brian, Daniel, Robert, Paul, Lauren, Hayley, and great-grandmother of Gianna. Loving sister of Ronald Holmes, Lawrence Holmes, Dorothy Brooks, Marilyn Shubert, and the late Thomas Holmes. Friends of family, Mike Young, Joseph Finnigan, and Christopher Angioli. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Monday at 8 AM.
Funeral Mass in Saint Ann's Church, Wollaston at 9:00 AM.
Visiting hours Sunday 2- 6 PM.
Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.

Barbara was a housekeeper for St. Patrick's Rectory in Roxbury. She was a former worker at the Green Shoe Company in Roxbury. Barbara was an avid reader and frequented the Upham's Corner Library. Most of all Barbara loved her family, children, and grandchildren.
