Obituary

Richard H. "Richie" Titcomb, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was 68 years of age.

Richie was born in Boston on April 4, 1955, a son of the late Albert T. Titcomb and Margaret M. (Doherty) Titcomb. He grew up in Charlestown where he was educated throughout the Boston Public School system. Richie worked as a Truck Driver for the Boston Housing Authority for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, walking, hunting and traveling to Vermont.

Richie is the beloved husband of 31 years to Anne Marie (Considine) Titcomb. He is the devoted father of April, Katrine, Christine, Andrew and Steven. He is the loving Grandfather to 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is the beloved brother of Joseph Titcomb, Albert Titcomb and his wife Terry, Peggy Venezia and her husband Fred and the late Lorna Cantrell and her surviving husband Ernie and Pat Celeste. He is also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Richie's visiting hours on Wednesday morning, April 12, 2023 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown at 12 Noon. His burial is private.
