Crystal Brooke Poole, infant daughter of Michelle McCallister and Justin Poole, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, June 4, 2006 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.
Graveside services will be held at 4 PM, Friday, June 9, at Evergreen Cemetery, with Rev. James Hubbard officiating.
Along with her parents, Crystal is survived by her paternal grandparents: Neal & Sharon Poole of Fitzgerald; Maternal grandparents: JoAnn & Shawn Veal and Fred McCallister, all of Fitzgerald.
