WEBSTER—Irene F. (Gaboury) Renaud, 87, formerly of Hillside Ave., died Monday, June 5, at home.
Her husband of 34 years, Gabriel E. Renaud, died in 1972.
She leaves 2 sons, Richard G. Renaud of North Grosvenordale, CT, and Gary C. Renaud of Leominster; 2 daughters, Helen J. Cragen of Bridgewater and Rachel A. Patnaude of Plymouth; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Alfred, Hector, Albert, Clarence, Roland and George, and by her sisters Theresa Depasse, Dorothy Lapriore, Jeannette Gaboury and Eleanor Porter.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Paul and Delia (Dion) Gaboury and attended Saint Anne’s Elementary School. She lived in Webster most of her life before moving to Plymouth.
Mrs. Renaud was a homemaker. She was a dedicated and much-loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
The funeral will be held Saturday, June 10, from Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main St. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley. A calling period will be from 8:45 to 9:45 AM Saturday in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be made to Affinity Hospice of Life, 319 Manley St., West Bridgewater, MA 02379
