Obituary

Crowell, A. Leslie “Let”, of Manomet (Plymouth), 85, on June 3rd at home. Survived by his beloved wife Margaret (Souza) of Manomet and his loving children Martin Edward Crowell of the U.S., Richard L. Crowell, Donald Crowell and Kathy Crowell-Mann, all
Of Manomet. He also leaves his brothers Harold A. Crowell of WA, James Herbert Crowell of Kingston and David Crowell of NH, 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 7th at the 2nd Church of Plymouth in Manomet at 12:30 PM. Burial at the Manomet Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. Arrangements by the Richard Davis Funeral Homes of Plymouth and Manomet. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Let Crowell Memorial Scholarship Fund at the John Alden Sportsman’s Club, P.O. Box 232, Manomet, MA 02345. WWII Veteran Merchant Marines

Memberships: was a member of the John Alden Sportsman Club and also one of the founders of the club
Hobbies: collected antique cars, was an umpire for little league in Maine, enjoyed hunting and was a former Deacon at the 2nd Church of Plymouth
Military: served during WWII in the U.S Merchant Marines
Place of death: at home on June 3, 2006
