Obituary

Henry J. Hebert, 93, of Goffstown died June 3, 2006 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born in Goffstown on February 23, 1913, he was the son of Laurent and Marie (Roberge) Hebert. He was a lifelong resident of the Pinardville section of Goffstown.

During World War II he served in the US Army and saw active duty at Iwo Jima. He was a member of the Catholic War Veterans and the Disabled American Veterans .

Mr. Hebert worked at Hebert Lumber Company in Goffstown for 50 years. He also worked at Leighton Machine Company in Manchester for 10 years.

He was married to Hectoreine (Bourque) Hebert who died on May 8 of this year.

The family includes three children, Fran C. Mailloux of Laconia and Norman H. Hebert and Henry P. Hebert both of Manchester; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren; cousins, nieces and nephews.

A committal service was held Tuesday June 6, 2006 in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 27 Lowell St., Manchester 03101.
