Paul W. Stetson died Saturday June 3rd in the Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health .He was the husband of Evelyn (Condon) Stetson.
Born in New Bedford, brought up in East Bridgewater a, son of the late, Harold and Mary (Brown) Stetson, a graduate of East Bridgewater High School.
Paul was the founder of Paradise Water Gardens in Whitman, where he worked for 60 years.
He was a veteran of the United States Army in World War II.
Paul was an avid golfer, member of the Halifax Country Club, also a member of the International Water lily Society, where he got to travel the world
In addition to his wife Evelyn (Condon) Stetson of Whitman., he is survived by a son and 3 daughters Paul W. Stetson, Jr. of Hanover, Ann Thompson of Hanson, Cheryl Quaglia and Patricia Donovan both of East Bridgewater ,a brother Richard Stetson of NH; also six grandchildren.
His Funeral will be held Thursday June 8 at 8:15 A.M. from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Route 58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman, followed by a 9:00 A.M Mass in the Holy Ghost Church, MA…Visiting hours Wednesday June 7th 4-8.
