Anne M. Pineault, R.N., of Swansea passed on February 13, 2023 at Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center after a brief illness.
Born in Fall River, Anne was daughter of John and Christina Conforti. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy in 1951 and St. Anne’s Hospital School of Nursing in 1954.
Anne was employed at St. Anne’s Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1995. After retirement, she continued caring for family over 10 years.
She became a Eucharist Minister at St. Anne’s Hospital (2005-present), Lasallette Shrine (2008-2012), and Steubenville East (2005-2008). Anne was also a member of Catholic Nurses (2013-present) and Our Lady of Holy Rosary Women’s Guild (2005-2008), serving as President 2007-2008.
Anne is survived by son Stephen Pineault, wife Michele; three daughters – Paula Pineault of RI, Sheila Ferreira, husband Scott of MA, Karen Crotteau, husband Philip of FL; three grandchildren – Amanda McCarthy of WA, Grant Midwood of FL, and the late Chadd Pineault; great grandchildren – Hailey Pineault, Chloe McCarthy, Melody McCarthy, Ryker Midwood, Asher Midwood; sister – Barbara Conforti of FL; and brother – the late John Conforti.
