Obituary

Spencer – Sharon E. (Kelley) Miner, 76, of Spencer, passed away peacefully in Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in West Brookfield on Thursday, February 2, 2023 after a short illness.

Sharon was married for 23 years to the late Edward H. Miner Jr. who passed away in 2011. She is survived by her loving daughter, Lisa Dupuis of Spencer; a step son Edward H. Miner III of Millbury; a step daughter, Amy Miner of Worcester; 5 brothers and a sister; Allen Kelley of Worcester, William Kelley of New York, Paul Kelley of Worcester, Kenneth Kelley of Worcester, Susan Kelley of Pennsylvania and David Kelley of Worcester; 3 grandchildren, Jeremy Devault, Samantha Devault and Brittney Kronick, 4 great grandchildren, Christian, Caleb, Dylan and Mckale and many nephews and nieces.

Sharon was born in Worcester, daughter of the late John and Olive (Ward) Kelley and is also predeceased by a daughter, Gina Guerro.

She worked for many years and retired from the David Clark Company and previously worked in the home health care field as a caregiver. Sharon was the happiest when she was with her family. She enjoyed taking cruises, crocheting items for her family and friends as well as taking part in bowling leagues many years ago.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 7, from 5 to 6:30 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street Worcester. A funeral service will take place at 6:30 PM and burial will be at a later date in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
