Roger J. Lisi, 52 of Lowell, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Lowell on April 17, 1970 and was a son of Dorothy A. (Boissonneault) Murnane of Lowell, and the late William T. Murnane. He was raised in Lowell, where he attended the area schools graduating from Greater Lowell Tech.
In addition to his mother, Dorothy Murnane and her partner Mike Bridges of Lowell, he is survived by his brother, Christopher H. Lisi and his partner, Heather Smart of Derry, NH; and their children, Jessali Smart and Jaxson Munroe who meant the world to him. He is also survived by his best friends, Steve Santos and Billy Dozois; his sister, Lisa Gantz and her husband, John Gantz; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews,cousins, friends, and extended family members.
Roger worked as a heavy equipment operator for Local 4 Union in the quarries for Aggregate Industries; and also was a snowplow driver for the Town of Dracut. He enjoyed working with his hands, especially doing carpentry and woodworking. He was always there for family and friends when they needed a hand for anything. Although he loved spending time with his family and friends, he also enjoyed quality time with his dogs, Spanky, Petey, Foxy, and Shadow.
