Roberta A. O'Connor passed away peacefully at the Lakeview House of Haverhill on Friday, January 27th. She was 80. Born in Medford, Roberta was a life-long Malden resident, the daughter of the late William and Estell (Denehy) O'Connor.
A graduate of Girls Catholic High School, she was a life-long member of the Immaculate Conception Parish. Roberta was a wonderful woman who enjoyed the company of her loving family and friends.
Roberta is survived by her loving sister, Patricia Hart, wife of the late Francis Hart of North Chelmsford. She leaves her devoted nieces and nephews: Timothy Hart and his wife Jacqueline, Francis Hart and his wife Wendy, Margie Penta and her husband Joe, Christine Maloney and her husband Gordon, Tricia Hart and Keith Hurley, Karalee Hart and William Hart and his wife Yadira. Roberta also leaves many dear great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Wednesday, February 1 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
