GW Horn, 77, of Mystic, Georgia, died Friday, January 27, 2023, at Pruitt Healthcare in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM, Sunday, January 29, 2023, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Chuck Taylor and the Rev. Charlie Solomon officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Horn was born May 28, 1945, in Rome, Georgia, to the late Marvin W. & Bernice Mae Brown Horn. He worked as a serviceman at Modern Fibers. Mr. Horn was a member of Englewood Baptist Church.
He is survived by brothers and sisters: Willene Lott, Marvin Wenn Horn, Jr., Joe Horn, Mark E. Horn & Jo Ann, Paul Horn, Wilma Jean Clemons and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William Horn; brothers and sisters: June Horn, Jesse Horn, John Horn, Robert Horn and Julia Alice “ Sister” Strickland.
