Matthew McDougald (51) of Brockton died January 11th unexpectedly at home.
He was born in Brockton son of the late Thomas McNeil and Ivonne McDougald. Matt was a cook in the restaurant industry and enjoyed cooking, boxing, working out and loved martial arts. He had a good relationship with God and his bible.
Matthew is survived by his son Matthew J. Janes of Brockton, 4 daughters, Gabrielle L. Janes and Kiana D. McDougald both of Brockton, Whitney J. McDougald of Quincy and Brandy M. McDougald of Colorado, his brother Paul Eric McDougald of Taunton, 3 sisters, Cynthia McDougald of Boston, Lena McDougald and Elaine McDougald both of Brockton, 4 grandchildren, Marceline, Sebastian, Catori and Breyani, his children’s mothers, Mary Lou Janes of Brockton and Lynn Morris of Fall River.
Following Cremation, a Memorial Service will take place in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday January 28th from 4-6 pm.
