Clarice Lee (Wilson) Walker, 87, Anderson, died January 17, 2023 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born, February 5, 1935 in Anthony, Kansas, the daughter of William L. and Edna Lee (Nichols) Wilson.
She worked various jobs at Payless for more than 30 years. She was an Avon Representative and the Cookie Lady too.
Clarice is survived by her three children, Brenda Lee (Jerry) Williams of Murray, Kentucky, William Richard "Richie" (Pamela) Walker of Milford, Indiana and Terri LeAnn (Douglas) Tupling of Anderson; son-in-law, Danny Houston; two brothers, John (Charlotte) Wilson of Salina, Kansas; Gary (Janice) Wilson of Wichita, Kansas; nine grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah) Williams, Anna Lee (Eric) Walworth, Cory Whetten, Alex Thomas, Amanda Huston, Danielle Huston, William (Erin) Wire, Michael (Lauren) Tupling and Nichole Tupling; six great-grandchildren, Matthew Williams, Charlotte Williams, Andrew Wire, Amaya Wire, Mia Walworth and Marlee Walworth; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William "Bill" Walker and her daughter, Linda Huston.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Park Place Church of God with Pastor Johnathan Grubbs officiating. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Madison County Humane Society.
