Patricia A. (Moisan) Slosek, age 64, passed away on January 16, 2023 from Baystate Medical Center. She was born on May 21, 1958 in Springfield, daughter of the late Rene O. and Marie J. (Paulhus) Moisan. Patricia worked as a medical assistant for many years. Patricia loved to read books, do puzzle books and crochet. She is predeceased by her husband Steven Slosek who passed away in 2015. She is survived by her sons Matthew Slosek of Chicopee, Christopher Slosek of Chicopee and Daniel Slosek and his wife Michelle of West Springfield; two brothers, Kevin Moisan and his wife Grace Bryda of Chicopee and Brian Moisan of Chicopee; three sisters, Denise Harrison and her husband John of Burlington, CT, Darlene Kosak of Chicopee and Marie Pires and her husband Mark of Chester; one beloved granddaughter Brianna Slosek and her boyfriend Trevon along with one great granddaughter Alea. Calling hours will be held on the morning of the funeral, Friday, January 20, 2023 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM with an in house Prayer Service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private at a later date.
