NEW BEDFORD … Clifford T. “Cliff” Kirby, 83, of Dartmouth passed away, Friday, January 13, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital.
He was born in Acushnet, MA son of the late Clifford H. and Althea (Niles) Kirby and had spent several years in Maine and Colorado before moving back to Dartmouth recently.
Clifford was a Draftsman at Bird Machine in Walpole for many years. He was a Welder and Carpenter.
Cliff served in the United States Airforce from 1956 – 1962 and enjoyed fishing as well as playing cards with his family. He will be deeply missed, especially his witty sense of humor.
Survivors include a son Greg Kirby of Dartmouth; 2 daughters: Jennifer Kirby of Denver, CO; Stefanie Kirby-Pullin and her husband Tom of Dartmouth; 3 grandsons: Thomas, Jack, Steven Pullin. His dearest friend Florence White-Jaffe ; and several nieces and nephews. A brother Randall Kirby of Westport. He was the brother of the late Christopher Kirby and Charlotte Medeiros.
