Leo J. Contraros, 69, of Pembroke, NH, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, in Concord Hospital, Concord, NH. He was born on August 17, 1953, in Lowell, MA, a son of John and Laura (Libee) Contraros. He was loving, hardworking, and enjoyed spending time with his kids and loved ones no matter the circumstances. He loved working on many things, and he had a contagious smile. He will be forever in our hearts and remembered always.
He is survived by three sons, Leo Contraros and wife Amanda, John Contraros and wife Alaina, and James Contraros; two daughters, Jennifer Contraros, and Sabrina Contraros; four grandchildren; three brothers, Peter Contraros, Ronald Contraros and Robert Contraros, as well as his life partner, Bonnie Contraros, and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry, NH. Funeral services will follow at 5:30 pm in the funeral home.
