Owen Joseph and Helen (Slevin) McCarthy
Where he was raised with his 6 sisters
He was predeceased by his sisters Kay Dupont,
Jean McCarthy, Isabelle Butler and Margaret Unger
The Loving husband of 51 years to the Late Patti Ann McCarthy (Young) of Raynham
Owen was the owner of several development companies during his career as a Carpenter/developer throughout the southern New England area and beyond
In his spare time, he enjoyed Boating, Hunting, Camping, and Travel, with his family.
Owen’s backyard family events were epic. Known as a force to be reckoned with in his no nonsense approach to business,
He was still a loving and thoughtful dad and “papa” to his children and grandchildren
Owen Is survived by his Daughter Erin Jean and Son in law Leonard Gallego
His Son Owen Charles and Daughter in Law Ursula McCarthy II
Grand Children Jason his wife Shana, Abigail and Amelia Enos, Owen III, Alexis, Isabella and Owen JJ McCarthy
Great grandchildren Scarlette Ray and Jenson Abel Enos
His Sisters Ann Unger and Mary Ripley
And Many Nieces and Nephews
Calling hours will be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM
at O’Keefe -Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington St. Taunton Ma 02780 followed by a service at 11 AM
