Richard W. Thibault, 78, of Westport passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Massachusetts General Hospital. He was the husband of Henrietta (Demers) Thibault.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Alfred P. and Yvonne E. (Leclair) Thibault, he had lived in Westport since 2016. Prior to retirement he worked for Star Gas. Mr. Thibault enjoyed drives to the Cape, woodworking, boating and his animals. He was a loving man with a big heart.
Including his wife, he is survived by 2 sons: Richard W. Thibault, Jr. and his wife Angie of PA and Randy D. Thibault of Westport; a daughter: Karen Brooks and her husband Keith of NH; a brother: Alfred Thibault; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
