Laura L. Smith, 46, of Manchester died May 27, 2006 at Elliot Hospital.
She was born in Nashua on March 18, 1960 and was the daughter of Roland A. Levesque and Marie Alice Perusse. She was a 1979 graduate of Manchester High School West.
Mrs. Smith was the manager of Bradlees department store until it closed in 2002. She then worked at Hannaford Supermarket until her illness.
She was an avid doll collector and enjoyed flower gardening. She and her husband of 26 years met when they were 14 years old and have been together since.
The family includes her husband, Steven Smith of Manchester; a daughter, Phylicia Marie Smith of Manchester; a son, Stephen Smith of Salt Lake City, UT; five sisters, Sandra Jerome of Hudson, Michele Levesque of Charlestown, Lisa Martin and Anita Levesque both of Manchester and Rolanda Levesque of Franklin; a brother, Robert Levesque of Greenfield MA
A funeral service was held Wednesday May 31, 2006 in the funeral home. Burial was private and at the convenience of the family.
