MANCHESTER ---- Steven Michael Martel, 52, of Manchester, died Wednesday, December 14, 2022, after a sudden illness.
Born in Manchester on January 26, 1970, he was the son of Andre and Simone (LeClerc) Martel.
After moving around with his family for several years in NH, as a child, he settled in the Queen City in 1981, where he resided for the rest of his life. Steven graduated from Manchester Memorial High School, Class of 1988.
In his youth, Steven loved to play soccer and was an avid artist. He led the way for doing stupid things with his brothers, like shooting fireworks at each other or jumping off the roof into the pool. He was a huge fan of the Denver Broncos, despite the protests of his Patriot loving friends and family. Steven had a huge heart and helped to take care of his grandmother in her final year and was always available to help out his friends. He will be missed by all that loved him, near and far.
Family members include his mother, Simone Martel; three brothers, John Martel, of Concord, Philip Martel and his wife Stacy, of Manchester and Matthew Martel, of Manchester, and many aunts, cousins, nieces, and a nephew. He is preceded in death by his father, Andre Martel, and his sister, Lauren Martel.
