Tony Felton Woods, 75, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Monday, December 12, at Riverbend Cemetery, in Irwin County, Georgia, with Jimmy Swails officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM, at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Mr. Woods was born March 25, 1947, in Tifton, Georgia, to the late Pledger Woods & Selma Mae Swails Paulk. He honorably served in the United States Army. Mr. Woods was a master carpenter, owned his own sawmill and love to build. He also enjoyed fishing and telling stories.
He is survived by his wife Linda Woods of Ocilla; three children: Christina Crider & Andrew of Cullman, Alabama, Anthony Woods of Ocilla and Michael Rhett Woods of Ocilla; five grandchildren: Jasmine Woods, Delana Woods, Natalie Crider, Ella Crider and Seth Jordan and an uncle, Jimmy Swails & Brenda of Lake Wales, Florida. Several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
