Catherine B. "Kitty" (Hart) Perry, 84, of New Bedford died Friday May 26, 2006 at the New Bedford Jewish Convalescent Home after a long illness.
Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Eugene Hart and Mary (Bliss) Hart Dupuis, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
Mrs. Perry was formerly employed as a waitress at Dale's Fish & Chips on Purchase Street.
She was a member of the American Legion Moby Dick Post 459 Ladies Auxiliary. She was very skilled in needlework.
Survivors include a sister, Alice M. Daher and her husband Joseph of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Thomas and Earl Hart.
Her Committal Service will be held on Tuesday at 1 PM in Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven. Visiting hours will be on Monday from 4-7 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
