Obituary

SPENCER: Cerina A. Leinonen,16, of Spencer, passed away, Sunday, Nov. 20th. in R.I. Hospital.
She leaves her parents; Carrie A. Leinonen of Spencer with whom she lived, her father; Ari B. Goldenberg of Milton, NH., her half brothers; Zachariah Goldenberg and Elijah Goldenberg, her half sisters; Autumn Goldenberg and Tiger Lily Goldenberg, her maternal grandparents; Carl and Constance (Aucoin) Leinonen of Spencer, her godparents; Clifford Leinonen and Charlene Leinonen, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including her best friend; Madison Rose Stewart, and her boyfriend; Tyler Anderson.
Cerina was a Sophomore at David Prouty High School in Spencer and previously attended Bay Path Regional Vocational School in Charlton.
Cerina had a beautiful, kind heart and was loved dearly by her family and friends. She enjoyed rollerskating, swimming, drawing, writing music, hanging with friends and playing with her puppies. Music was a huge passion of hers and she wrote many songs. Some, she published on Rap Fame under the name Lil Psycho. She wanted to share her music with the world.
Cerina was an organ donor and was able to donate her heart and 2 kidneys to save others. Her physical body is gone, but her spirit and memory will live on forever in our hearts. We love you, Cerina.
Memorial calling hours for Cerina will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cerina A. Leinonen Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o David Prouty High School Permanent Scholarship Fund, 302 Main St., Spencer, MA 01562
