Great-grandfather of Luca M. Stapleton. Brother of the late Domenico Messina, Maria Messina, Rosa Messina. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre Street, West Roxbury, on Thursday, December 1, at 11am followed by a funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church, West Roxbury at 12 Noon.
