Charles E. "Charlie" Robichaux Veteran

Charles Elie “Charlie” Robichaux, III, 75 of Derry, NH, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Parkland Medical Center of Derry. He was born November 28, 1946, in Houma, LA and was a son of the late Hugh Robichaux and Margie (Smith) Guidry. He was raised and educated in Houma and was a long- time resident of Belmont, MA. Charlie has been a resident of Derry for the past 19 years.

Mr. Robichaux served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Charlie was employed by the General Motors Corporation for 24 years in Framingham, MA until their closing. He spent the next 25 years as a glazier. Charlie loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will always be remembered as a man who cherished his family.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Kathryn (Greene) Robichaux, of Derry, three sons, Richard Charles & Maureen Robichaux, Ronald James & Emma Robichaux, and Robert Michael & Kareta Robichaux, and his daughter Donna Lynne & Daniel Sovie, 11 grandchildren, Matthew, Nicolas, John, James, Jeffrey, Isabella, Samantha, Robert, Jr., Noah, Kayla and Trey. Two great grandchildren, Lucas and Cameron, two brothers, Gary Guidry and Lawrence Guidry, Jr, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Cindy Guidry.

Calling hours will be Sunday, November 27, 2022, from 12pm to 2pm, in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, located at 15 Birch Street Derry, NH. An additional calling hour will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022, from 10am to 11am, with the funeral service to follow at 11am at the same location and will conclude with burial at Fox Hill Cemetery in Billerica, MA.
