SISSON, Robert Daniel 91, of Canton, MA, died on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 after a sudden illness. He is predeceased by his loving and dedicated wife of sixty years, Patricia Duffey Sisson. He is the son of the late Jack and Theresa Sisson and he is survived by his son, Robert and daughter-in-law, Karen Sisson; daughter, Linda and son-in-law, Raymond Hall; grandchildren: Robert, Marc and Justin Sisson; Matthew and Patrice Hall and great-grandchildren: Avryn and Callie Sisson. Robert was a Marine Sergeant in the Korean War. He began his professional career at Boston Edison as a lineman and after earning his degree at Northeastern, he became a part of the management team. Our papa was a true Renaissance man with many interests, hobbies and areas of expertise: artist, musician, bicyclist, gardener, photographer, avid reader, technology expert, electrician, and do it yourself hobbyist. If you needed something, he had it. As a matter of fact, he probably had two. He was the kindest man and we are all so proud of him. He was truly an example to the world as to how to live a meaningful, pure and compassionate life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Oscar Romero Parish (formerly St. John the Evangelist) Canton Saturday morning November 26th at 10:30. Visiting hours are at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St., CANTON Saturday morning prior to the Mass from 8:30 to 10:00.
