Standish - Sharon Rebecca "Becky" Williams, age 75, passed away on November 10, 2022, at Northern Light Mercy Hospital, Portland, Maine after a courageous battle with heart issues. She was born in Westbrook, Maine on June 27, 1947, a daughter of the late Delbert and Lillian (Whitney) Nason.
Becky graduated from Westbrook High School and later ran a home daycare, Becky's Place, for many years. She enjoyed genealogy, crafting, reading and spending time with her family.
Becky is predeceased by her loving husband - Scott Williams; her former husband - Barry Madsen and their son Matthew, who battled throughout his life with Muscular Dystrophy; her sisters Marjorie Austin and Greta Nason and brothers Percy, Bradley, Wayne and Emory.
Becky is survived by her daughter Kristeen Jordan and husband Ed of Lewiston; her son Mark Madsen and wife Heather of Standish; brother David Nason of Florida; grandchildren, Will Malone and wife Francesca of Norway; Kaitlyn Belanger and husband Dom of Mechanic Falls; Julia Madsen and partner Matt Darosa of Brunswick and Austin Voshall of Standish. Additionally Becky has and adored multiple great grandchildren Adam, Ethan, Mollie, Roseanna, Ivannah, Guinevere and Julia & Matt's baby daughter due Spring of 2023.
Arrangements have been made at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road, Buxton. A funeral service will be held in the Spring of 2023 after which burial will be at Dow's Corner Cemetery, Standish, Maine. Online condolence messages can be submitted at www.mainefuneral.com.
