Mary Alice White, 75, of Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. White at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born March 1, 1947, in Tifton, Mrs. White was the daughter of the late Sallie Mae Heath. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Harry White and one sister, Marie Culpepper. She owned a cleaning service in Tifton for many years.
Mrs. White is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Darlene and Floyd William Griffin of Tifton; Diane and Norris Willis and Melinda White, all of North Carolina; four grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
