Susan Gayle Norris, 76, of Groton Long Point, died Friday, October 28, 2022, at the Westerly Hospital. She was born June 2, 1946, in Norwich, the daughter of William and Rose Mulholland.
Susan worked in Guest Services at the Mystic Aquarium for over 24 years. She was an avid quilter for more than 40 years, and active in the quilting community.
Susan is survived by her beloved husband of 51 years, Rick J. Norris. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Jill Demetri and her husband Michael, her son Scott, his wife Emily and granddaughters, Mckenzie and Cassidy, as well as three siblings and four nieces and nephews.
