Lisa G. (Tarani) Trani, age 59, of Stoneham passed away on Sunday, October 30th. Born and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Grace (Fabiano) Tarani. Lisa worked at B.R. Alexander & Co. in Boston for many years. She loved her coworkers who became like family to her. Lisa also loved cooking, music, dancing, shopping and traveling. The center of Lisa’s life was her twin boys and her daughter. She was a mother first at all times, and her children were always her greatest gift in life. There was an undeniable sparkle in her eyes whenever she spoke of them. Lisa’s smile, heart and personality lit every room she entered. She had a true love and appreciation for life, and will forever be missed. Heaven is definitely a lot brighter now.
Lisa was the beloved wife of Paul Trani, and the devoted mother of Ricky Chiampi and his fiancée, Tina Gianellis; Robert Chiampi and his wife Alexis; and Grace Chiampi. She was the dear sister of Alex Tarani and his wife Cathy, James Tarani and his wife Maryann, Arthur Tarani and his wife Francis, Mark Tarani and his wife Kathy, Robert Tarani and his wife Amy, and Gina Insogna and her husband Matthew. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 3rd from 4 through 8 PM in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
