Obituary

LUDLOW – James B. “Jim” Bolduc, 57, of Ludlow, was Called Home on Thursday, October 27, 2022. He passed into Eternal Life unexpectedly from the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, Massachusetts. He was born in Holyoke on April 24, 1965, a beloved son of the late Robert R. and Helena J. (McHugh) Bolduc. He was raised in Chicopee, graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School in 1983, and lived in the city before moving to Ludlow in the early 1990s. He was a Journeyman Electrician for Commonwealth Electrical Technologies, Inc. in Worcester and was licensed in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. He was an avid mountain biker and motorcyclist, and enjoyed watching Formula 1 Racing. Most of all, he was a hardworking man who loved to spend time with his family and his many friends. He leaves his four siblings, David M. Bolduc of Ludlow, Debra A. Salamon and her husband, Doug, of Belchertown, Steven R. Bolduc of Fargo, ND, and Sheila M. Bolduc of Wilbraham; his dear friends, Rick and Jamie Jacobs and their son, Ryder, of Ludlow; and his many uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, numerous friends and extended family members. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen M. Bolduc who was Called Home on January 8, 2021; and his dear sister-in-law, Susan M. (Capistrant) Bolduc who was Called Home on June 20, 2019. His relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, (413-532-9806), 13 Dale Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, (funeral home will open at 9 a.m.). His Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. His family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The parking lot and main entrance of the funeral home are located in the rear at 20 Lafayette Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
