Marion H. (Jones) Phelan Milligan, 101, of Westport passed away on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Silver Creek Manor in Bristol, RI. She was wife of the late Gilbert Phelan and the late Charles Milligan. Born in Tiverton, RI, daughter of the late Edward and Alice (Tripp) Jones, she had lived in Westport for most of her life.
Survivors include a son: Ronald G. Phelan and his wife Linda of Carver; a daughter: Joyce Micciantuono of W. Bridgewater; a brother: Frederick Jones of TX; 6 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:30 A.M.
Visitation will be from 10:00 - 11:30 A.M. prior to the service.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
