Franklin—Mrs. Patricia Ann (Casalinuova) DiFrancesco 63, a longtime resident of Franklin died at her home surrounded by her family after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Frank R. DiFrancesco who died last year.
Born in the Brighton section of Boston January 24, 1943 she lived in Brighton until moving to Franklin over 30 years ago. Educated in Brighton schools she was a retired homemaker.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Franklin and the Franklin Senior Citizens. Her greatest joy in her life was the time she spent with her family and her grandchildren.
She is survived by 2 sons Joseph E. Whippen Jr. of Jaffrey, NH, and Gregory C. Whippen of Arlington, a daughter Belinda L. Rawley of Rockland, ME., 3 brothers Lawrence Casalinuova of Manyard, Thomas Casalinuova of Florida, Russell Casalinuova of Gardner, 4 sisters Theresa Babbin of Franklin, Carol Loring of Littleton, Toni-Lee Stone of Maine, and Maryann Kauppi of Ayer.
Also surviving are her beloved grandchildren Samantha Rawley and Alexander Rawley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Friday May 26, at 10:15AM from the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home (www.franklinfuneral.com) 33 Cottage St. FRANKLIN followed by a funeral Mass at 11AM in St. Mary’s Church 1 Church Sq. Burial will follow in the family lot in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Calling hours are Thursday May 25 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the funeral home.
