Omayra Figueroa (50) of Taunton died October 8th unexpectedly at home.
She was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico daughter of Rosa Alvarez of Brockton and the late Luis Figueroa. Omayra loved to dance, dress up and go out, was known to make everyone happy and enjoyed socializing with family and friends.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her son Anthony Valentin of Taunton, 3 daughters, Tatiana Ortiz of Boston, Emily Ortiz and Jenny Santiago both of Brockton, her brother Luis Figueroa of Brockton, 2 sisters, Rosa Santiago of Brockton and Brenda Herrero of Florida, 8 grandchildren.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday October 22nd from 3-6 pm. Cremation to follow.
