Janelle A. Pelle New, 70, of Tifton passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 3, 2022, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Steve Davis and Father Peter Oyenugba officiating. Mrs. New will be laid to rest at Tift Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
Chris Morton, Mike Flippo, Maurice LeRoux, Allen Collins, Cheesey Carey and Andrew Wobser will serve as pallbearers.
Born November 15, 1951, in Denver, Colorado, Mrs. New was the daughter of the late Ben A. Pelle and Dorothy J. Little Pelle. Before retiring, she was a realtor with Rynus Real Estate Brokers.
Mrs. New is survived by her husband, Chuck New of Tifton; one step-son, Chris New of Cincinnati, Ohio; one step-daughter and her husband, Michelle and Andrew Wobser of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Tom Pelle of Colorado; and two grandchildren, Emily Browning and Allison Browning.
