Edruge Viviane" Gilbert of Mattapan passed away on Sunday September 18, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Garry Gilbert. Devoted mother of Maxime Hilaire, Shaina Gilbert, Gabriella Gilbert, and Kenny Gilbert. Loving sister of Renand Hilaire, Ernst Hilaire, Ricot Hilaire, Michelle Hilaire, Colbert Hylaire, Muriette Hilaire, Ivicat Pierre, and Marjorie Roman. Dear grandmother of Ava Garrcelle.
The family will receive visitors at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale on Friday, September 30 from 6 to 8pm.
A funeral mass for Edruge will be celebrated on Saturday, October 1, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel/Saint Angela's Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave., Mattapan at 10am.
Edruge will be laid to rest with her late husband Garry at Saint Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.
