George Willis Stevens, 70, of Medway died September 16 at the Medway Country Manor.
Born July 21, 1952, the son of the late Willis A. and Louise M. (Perkins) Stevens, George was a lifelong Medway resident.
George had been a deliveryman for the Boston Globe and Milford Daily News for many years.
He had previously worked for the Cassidy Rubbish Removal Company in Medway.
George enjoyed watching “Westerns” on the television. He particularly enjoyed reruns of Gunsmoke and Bonanza.
He is survived by his brother Willis Stevens and his wife Sara of New Hampshire and his sisters Patricia St. Jean and her husband Barry of Woonsocket, Rhode Island and Elizabeth Stevens of Medway.
He was the brother of the late Dorothy Stevens and Robert Perkins.
He is also survived by a niece and two nephews.
His funeral services and burial will take privately at Evergreen Cemetery in Medway.
