Phyllis "Philly" Bonasoro passed away peacefully on September 2, 2022 at John Adams Health Care Center at the age of 92.
Phyllis was born and raised and lived her entire life until recently in the North End of Boston. She was devoted to her family and cared for her parents as their health declined. Many of her happiest times were at the Sunday family get togethers.
Phyllis was the loving sister of Anna and husband George Debonis of Quincy, Guy and wife Helen Bonasoro of Burlington and the late Fredrick Bonasoro and Delia Castriano. Sister in law of Anna Bonasoro of Revere. Daughter of the late Charles and Concetta (Beninati) Bonasoro. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Phyllis will be greatly missed. Please join us September 8th, 2022 between 10:00 to 11:30am at Casper Funeral Home located in South Boston followed by interment services at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phyllis’s name to the Alzheimers Association.
