Obituary

Rubenstein, Attorney Michael David of Stoneham, Massachusetts, formerly of Medford, born July 2, 1957, entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 3, 2022. Michael joins his beloved parents, Herbert and Marilyn Rubenstein, who no doubt welcomed him with open arms. Michael is survived by his loving siblings – Donna Rubenstein, Philip Rubenstein, and Paula Rigoli; nieces and nephews – Caitlin (Josh) Donovan, Jason (Lisa) Rigoli, Adam (Rachel) Rigoli, Gina (Brian) Schriver and Marissa (Brendon) Dowling; as well as many great-nieces and nephews. Michael was a private practitioner and spent his life helping those less fortunate as a public defender in the Massachusetts judicial system. In addition to his work, he mentored other lawyers throughout his career. He then used his experience and expertise to help so many of his friends through this journey we call life and every single one of them shared a story or two of his kindness with us as he lost his health battle.
