Donald Curtis Paulk, 87, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 4 PM, Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Big Creek Cemetery in Irwin County, Georgia, with the Rev. Tommy Land, Jr. officiating.
Mr. Paulk was born August 20, 1935, in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, to the late Rupert & Zelda Faye Smallwood Paulk. Mr. Paulk worked 17 years at Ingles Shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi and after moving back to Georgia in 1981, he retired from Union Camp in Tifton, Georgia. He was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Turner Paulk of Fitzgerald; a son, Curtis Ray Paulk and family members: Steve & Beth Griffin of Fitzgerald, Delores Griffin Wright of Ambrose and Tony Griffin of Fitzgerald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers Gary Paulk, Michael Paulk and Kenny Paulk.
