Obituary

On August 25, 2022 Micheline “Mickey” (Soucie) Bielevich peacefully passed away in her sleep. Adored mother to four, loving grandmother of ten and cherished great-grandmother of ten soon to be eleven. Simply known as Nana to all. Mickey was born in Millinocket, Maine on August 19,1939 where she resided with her family until relocating to Lawrence, MA in 1947. Mickey was raised and educated in the Lawrence School system and was a long time resident until moving to Salem, NH in 1978. Mickey worked for MDI in Lawrence and then went to Digital Corp in Salem as a top circuit board repair employee for many years until her retirement. Mickey enjoyed reading, cooking, crossword puzzles and most of all family gatherings. She looked forward to going to camp every summer sitting on the deck in the fresh air. She loved babysitting her grandchildren every day. Christmas was her favorite time of all. She bought endless presents for everyone. That was her enjoyment, watching all the excitement on Christmas Day surrounded by all of her family. Her family was everything to her, as she was to us all.

Mickey was proceeded in life by her parents Omer and Helen (Tamel) Soucie; her sisters Bernice Wilson, Sharon Joaquin, and Tina Jones.

Mickey is survived by her four children from her first marriage to Leonard Poole; Debra “Hazel” Guilmet and her husband Glen of Londonderry, NH where Mickey resided for the past 30 years; Sharon (Little) Pekarski and her husband Dale of Londonderry; Leonard Poole and his wife Lisa of Washington, NH; Audrey Mooreland and her husband Steve of Andover, MA; Mickey leaves behind her adored ten grandchildren, Vanessa Millette and her husband Joseph, Nicole Rowsell and her husband Brent, Don Little, Michael Guilmet and his wife Jessica, Michelle Segal and her husband Kyle, Tyler Poole, Kenneth Poole, Gianna Cavaliere, Stephen Mooreland, John Mooreland; also her beloved ten great-grandchildren, soon to be eleven in September, Taylor, Olivia, Victoria, Sawyer, Kailynn, Grayson, Eloise, Ryker, Leo, Everly, and baby to be. Mickey is also survived by her brother Michael Soucie; her beloved family friend Mary Poole; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 29th from 3:00 - 6:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. Funeral services will follow at 6:00pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Chaos and Kindness Christmas Toy Drive, 777 Union Ave., Laconia, NH 03246 in Mickey’s name would be greatly appreciated.
