CAPUTO, MARYANNE E. of South Boston and Arizona passed away peacefully on August 23, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. Maryanne was the daughter of the late Joseph and Angelina (Cappellano) Caputo.
Dear sister of Joseph, Carolyn, Elena, John and the late Charles, Michael and Camille. Cherished aunt to more than 30 nieces and nephews.
Maryanne was an administrative assistant at Northeastern University and Arizona State University. She loved spending time with her siblings and family members. Maryanne loved watching sports, especially Auto Racing and the Boston Red Sox.
Visiting hours will be held from 9AM – 10:30AM on Saturday, August 27 at the Casper Funeral Home located at 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston followed by Funeral Mass held at Gate of Heaven Church at 11 AM. Interment services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maryanne’s memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
