Biddeford-Katherine A. Redlon, 76 passed away at home on August 4,2022. She was born to Henry and Beryl (Hutchins) Hutchinson on June 21, 1946. On November 23rd, 1963, she married her love, Dennis Redlon. Her love of Bingo was unlike any other. Her favorite number was I-22. She would bring her collection of elephants and dolphins as good luck tokens. Katherine’s love for family and friends far surpassed her love for Bingo. She would do anything for anyone. She considered all her friends as family, especially her dear friend Carol Cassette. She never missed an opportunity to make someone laugh or let them know she loved them, including her dog Rylie.
Katherine is predeceased by her parents, her mother and father-in-law, Mildred, and Maynard Redlon. Her brother Malcolm, Sister Janice, brother in laws Judd Redlon and Robert Herrick and great grandson Khai.
She is survived by her husband Dennis, Daughter Denise Letellier of Biddeford, Son Timothy Redlon and significant other Annette Quinn of Arizona, Daughter Bethany Chaloux and husband Tom of Kennebunk. Grandchildren, Casey Redlon and wife Elizabeth, Christina Desmarais and husband Louie, Caitlyn Littlefield and boyfriend David Ladlow, Christopher Letellier and Amber Roux, Elizabeth Letellier, and boyfriend Richard Wheeler, Jennifer Quinn, Walker Quinn, and Tiffany Quinn. Great Grandchildren, Garrett, Brody, Maverick, Aubrey, Callie, Logan, Brandon, Christopher, Bradley, Brooke, Bryan, and Sebastian. Siblings, Henry Hutchinson, Timothy Hutchinson and wife Claire, Nancy Herrick, John Hutchinson, and Diane Duross. Many nieces and nephews.
Per Katherine’s request, there will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 13th, 2022, from 6pm to 10pm at The Biddeford-Saco Elks 68 Ocean Park Road, Saco, Maine. Please feel free to wear her favorite colors, pink or purple in honor of Katherine.
